At the Stratford Clinic, we believe in a holistic approach to mental and emotional health that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Our integrative psychiatric care combines traditional treatments with evidence-based complementary therapies to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. We understand that mental health is multifaceted, and our approach ensures that all aspects of a person's well-being are considered.
Our in-house team of dedicated therapists, including specialists in individual, family, and couples therapy, works closely with our highly esteemed psychiatric team to create a seamless, collaborative treatment experience. This partnership allows us to offer a unified approach to care, where therapists and psychiatrists communicate regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. By integrating various therapeutic modalities and perspectives, we ensure that our patients receive the most effective and personalized care possible.
Our commitment to holistic integrative psychiatric care means we strive to treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. We recognize that every individual's journey to mental wellness is unique, and we are here to support that journey with a comprehensive, compassionate, and collaborative approach. Together, we can help you achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. -

At The Stratford Clinic, we have chosen to operate on a fee-for-service basis rather than accepting insurance, offering several key benefits to our clients. Firstly, this approach allows for greater flexibility and confidentiality, as it eliminates the need to share personal health information with insurance companies. Clients can focus solely on their therapeutic goals without the constraints and limitations often imposed by insurance providers, such as session caps or specific diagnoses requirements.
Additionally, fee-for-service ensures that the quality of care remains uncompromised. Therapists can dedicate more time and resources to each client, providing tailored and personalized therapy sessions. This model also reduces administrative burdens, allowing therapists to focus more on client care rather than dealing with extensive insurance paperwork. Ultimately, by not accepting insurance, The Stratford Clinic prioritizes client well-being, privacy, and the highest standards of professional care. See our rates for our services here.
While we do not accept insurance directly, patients may submit claims to their insurance companies for out-of-network benefits. We provide detailed superbills upon request, which can be used to seek reimbursement for services rendered. This allows clients to potentially recover a portion of their therapy costs while still benefiting from the personalized, high-quality care we offer.
